Kelly Silva, RMT

Combining the creativity of an artistic background with the knowledge and instruction required of a skilled therapist, her goal is to facilitate better understanding of one’s own body through educating clients, exploring remedial exercises for a wide array of musculoskeletal conditions, all while utilizing a variety of massage modalities.

With experience in Swedish massage, deep tissue work, myofascial treatments, sports massage, and Thai massage, Kelly offers a broad array of techniques to hone in on the needs and personalized goals of each individual. Whether you need a healing touch, aid in facilitating better homecare practices, or a moment to de-stress and shut out the cacophony of the world for a while, she is able to meet your goal.

Zeena Dotiwalla, O.M.P

Zeena is an active member of the OAO (Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners). After successfully defending her thesis at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto, Zeena received her D.O.M.P. (Diploma in Osteopathy Manual Practice) and D.Sc.O. (Diploma in the Science of Osteopathy) (2020)

Her treatments consist of layering various techniques, such as cranio-sacral therapy, osteo-articular mobilizations, myofascial release, and also addressing visceral, fluidic and energetic work. In facilitating clients to envision and achieve homeostasis – most optimum health, Zeena offers resources and tools that serve the body long after the physical treatment. Her commitment to the wellbeing and empowerment of her clients infuses every treatment with her ability to connect with each individual, providing a safe, comfortable and positive environment.

Jocelyn Bognot, RMT

Jocelyn is a graduate of the Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic, and has had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients with conditions that range from musculoskeletal impairments and scar adhesion to cancer and spinal cord injuries.

Jocelyn chose to become a massage therapist because she believes it is the perfect integration of science-based techniques utilizing a holistic approach to wellness. With her in-depth training, Jocelyn’s treatments incorporate techniques such as trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage, with an element of relaxation to address the daily stresses.

Dr. Jeffrey Goodyear, DC

Dr. Goodyear received his Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. He is a Certified Medical Acupuncturist and an Active Release Technique (ART) provider.

Dr. Goodyear uses a variety of treatment methods including acupuncture, Active Release Technique (ART), joint adjusting/mobilization, stretching and rehabilitation, and orthotics. He is well versed in treating basic strains to serious injuries that have caused considerable damage throughout the years and chronic pain.
