booking online?

We’ve recently made a some changes to how you can book your appointments. If you are looking for a same day appointment, you will now be able to do so within two (2) hours of your desired time (i.e. if your’re looking for an appointment at 2pm, if the slot is available, you can book in at 12NOON.) Simply head on over to our online booking site select the service, date, and time and follow the prompts, or try giving us a call/leaving a voice-message. Oh, and specify therapist preference at the time of booking!

We encourage you to put yourself on our waitlists for the desired appointment day/time/practitioner as last-minute appointment times can open up!

will my services be covered by my employer benefits and/or insurance?

All our therapy services are performed by practitioners under licensed associations of Ontario. If you have extended healthcare benefits provided through your employer and/or via insurance, services are often covered as part of these benefits. We recommend you contact your employer or plan administrator for further information on whether a specific service is covered under your specific benefits package. We do not offer direct billing at this time, however we will a provide detailed email receipt which you can submit to your insurance provider.
