Osteopathy

Tailored full-body treatments that embrace the concept of unity…

What is Osteopathy?

Osteopathic care incorporates a broad range of approaches to the maintenance of health and the management of disease. It embraces the concept of the unity of the individual’s structure (anatomy) and function (physiology). It also recognizes that each patient’s clinical signs and symptoms are the consequences of the interaction of multiple physical and non-physical factors. The practice places a great deal of emphasis on the patient-practitioner relationship in the therapeutic process. Osteopathic manual practitioners (OMPs) can support the recovery post-injury, post-surgery, post-traumatic events and can reduce tension that may contribute to complaints like respiratory difficulties, headaches/migraines, digestive irregularities, sinus pain and much more. The goal of an OMP is to help you return to health and normal activities with ease.
