Clinic Policies

COVID-19 POLICY:

King Liberty Health Centre will have zero tolerance for non-adherence to guidelines released by the Mininistry of Health and respective colleges and will be enforcing these new protocols strictly. Please visit this page for more details on how to properly prepare for your visit once you have a confirmed appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to provide this notice, you will be charged 60% of the missed appointment. This cancellation policy is necessary for our small business to continue to serve our clients who are in need of treatment, and also to make massage therapy a feasible career for our therapists.

If you arrive late for you appointment, we will try our best to accommodate your full booking. However, if that’s not available, you will be billed for the full cost of the original booking. If you have an emergency, please let us know so that we can treat your specific situation with personal attention. We do not consider schedule conflicts to be emergencies. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time :)

TIPPING POLICY:

Our massage therapists are important to us, and while this is not required, we encourage tipping since rates do not include gratuity. 100% of your tip goes to the RMT that performed your service. We’re in the business of feeling good, and that goes for everyone!

PRIVACY POLICY:

The Ontario Government has legislation, the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) that came into effect on November 1 2004. This act has been established to set out rules for the collection and utilization of information that is collected about patients.
