A few things to know…
Cancellation Policy
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to provide this notice, you will be charged 60% of the missed appointment. This cancellation policy is necessary for our small business to continue to serve our clients who are in need of treatment, and also to make massage therapy a feasible career for our therapists.
If you arrive late for you appointment, we will try our best to accommodate your full booking. However, if that’s not available, you will be billed for the full cost of the original booking. If you have an emergency, please let us know so that we can treat your specific situation with personal attention. We do not consider schedule conflicts to be emergencies. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time :)
Cold and Flu Policy
We ask that if you are experiencing the onset of cold and flu symptoms, to reschedule your appointment. If you arrive at your appointment with such symptoms, you will be asked you reschedule your appointment.
Health History Policy
As per the CMTO (The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario), the CCO (The College of Chiropractors of Ontario), the CCNM (The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine), the OCO (The Osteopathic College of Ontario) we require all new patients of the clinic to complete a health history form before their scheduled appointment. For all existing patients, health history forms must be filled out on a yearly basis and will be sent to our clients via email for completion before their next scheduled appointment.
We make every effort to inform our clients at the time of booking what our policies are and the necessary information we require of them - including health history forms and contact information. If this form is not completed within 24 hours of your appointment or contact information provided is incorrect, your appointment may be cancelled.
Tipping Policy
Tipping is not expected or necessary. Our team is passionate about what they do and are committed to your health. Your return visits to the clinic are the best tip and referrals to a friend, family member or co-worker are greatly appreciated!
Privacy Policy
The Ontario Government has legislation, the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) that came into effect on November 1 2004. This act has been established to set out rules for the collection and utilization of information that is collected about patients.
