Dr. Jeffrey Goodyear, DC  Jeff received his Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. He is a Certified Medical Acupuncturist and an Active Release Technique (ART) provider.  Dr. Goodyear uses a variety of treatment methods including acupuncture, Active Release Technique (ART), joint adjusting/mobilization, stretching and rehabilitation, and orthotics. Ceb'sile Ndlangamandla, DOMP  After graduating with a BA Hons in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University, Ceb'sile worked as a personal trainer, where she found herself digging deeper into the root causes of her clients restrictions. This eventually led her to the study of Osteopathy. Now a graduate of the Southern Ontario College of Osteopathy and a member with the Ontario Federation of Osteopathic Professionals, Ceb'sile is able to use her deeper knowledge of the body to help her clients reduce pain, and restore mobility, balance and self healing whether they are suffering from acute or chronic conditions.  Ceb'sile's approach to treatment is not only to address symptoms, but to seek out other contributing factors for prevention of further issues. In addition to hands-on treatment she also offers remedial exercises, diet and lifestyle coaching to support her clients to build their self-care routines, maintain positive treatment outcomes and improve overall health. With a Honours Bachelor of Science degree from McMaster University and a Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, she works hard to help people become the best version of themselves. Dr. Tang practices an “east meets west” approach, combining traditional wisdom and an emphasis on mental, emotional, and spiritual health, and the use of research, physical exams, and functional lab tests for a holistic health model. She uses an evidence-based approach to treat conditions concerning stress and mental health, hormone balance (fertility, thyroid, PCOS, periods, etc), weight loss, skin concerns, digestion, sports medicine, and many more.
