 Dr. Jeffrey Goodyear, DC  Jeff received his Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. He is a Certified Medical Acupuncturist and an Active Release Technique (ART) provider.  Dr. Goodyear uses a variety of treatment methods including acupuncture, Active Release Technique (ART), joint adjusting/mobilization, stretching and rehabilitation, and orthotics. She has experience working in a variety of health care environments including rehabilitation-focused clinics, relaxation-oriented spas and cruise ships. Her treatments are tailored according to the needs of her clients using a variety of techniques including trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, hydrotherapy, hot stones, and passive stretching to relieve tension and pain.  Sophia obtained her certification to practice acupuncture at the Toronto School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where she expanded the scope of her skills to include acupuncture, and tuina massage. This eventually led her to the study of Osteopathy.  Now a graduate of the Southern Ontario College of Osteopathy and a member with the Ontario Federation of Osteopathic Professionals, Ceb'sile is able to use her deeper knowledge of the body to help her clients reduce pain, and restore mobility, balance and self healing whether they are suffering from acute or chronic conditions.  Ceb'sile's approach to treatment is not only to address symptoms, but to seek out other contributing factors for prevention of further issues. In addition to hands-on treatment she also offers remedial exercises, diet and lifestyle coaching to support her clients to build their self-care routines, maintain positive treatment outcomes and improve overall health.                              Tues 12-6 | Sat 9-3
