 Dr. Jeffrey Goodyear, DC  Jeff received his Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. He is a Certified Medical Acupuncturist and an Active Release Technique (ART) provider.  Dr. Goodyear uses a variety of treatment methods including acupuncture, Active Release Technique (ART), joint adjusting/mobilization, stretching and rehabilitation, and orthotics. He is well versed in treating basic strains to serious injuries that have caused considerable damage throughout the years and chronic pain.           Mon through Fri 10-7 | Sat 9-3

 Jocelyn Bognot, RMT  Jocelyn is a graduate of the Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic, and has had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients with conditions that range from musculoskeletal impairments and scar adhesion to cancer and spinal cord injuries.  Jocelyn chose to become a massage therapist because she believes it is the perfect integration of science-based techniques utilizing a holistic approach to wellness. With her in-depth training, Jocelyn’s treatments incorporate techniques such as trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage, with an element of relaxation to address the daily stresses.  Sophia Bolos, RMT, RAc  Sophia is a graduate of D'Arcy Lane Institute of Massage Therapy and has been practicing as a registered massage therapist since 2006. Her treatments are tailored according to the needs of her clients using a variety of techniques including trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, hydrotherapy, hot stones, and passive stretching to relieve tension and pain.  In 2017 Sophia earned her diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture at the Shiatsu School of Canada where her immense passion for the practice of acupuncture earned her academic achievement awards. Through Traditional Chinese Medicine philosophy and application of acupuncture she can address conditions such as: acute or chronic muscle and joint pain, digestive disorders, sleep disturbances, fertility concerns, mental and/or mood support, etc. Sophia strives to help her clients achieve their varied goals in health and well being, and takes immense pride in her holistic approach to healing and treatment efficacy.  Ceb'sile Ndlangamandla, DOMP  After graduating with a BA Hons in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University, Ceb'sile worked as a personal trainer, where she found herself digging deeper into the root causes of her clients restrictions. This eventually led her to the study of Osteopathy. Now a graduate of the Southern Ontario College of Osteopathy and a member with the Ontario Federation of Osteopathic Professionals, Ceb'sile is able to use her deeper knowledge of the body to help her clients reduce pain, and restore mobility, balance and self healing whether they are suffering from acute or chronic conditions.  Ceb'sile's approach to treatment is not only to address symptoms, but to seek out other contributing factors for prevention of further issues. In addition to hands-on treatment she also offers remedial exercises, diet and lifestyle coaching to support her clients to build their self-care routines, maintain positive treatment outcomes and improve overall health.
