Ceb'sile Ndlangamandla, DOMP
After graduating with a BA Hons in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University, Ceb'sile worked as a personal trainer, where she found herself digging deeper into the root causes of her clients restrictions. This eventually led her to the study of Osteopathy. Now a graduate of the Southern Ontario College of Osteopathy and a member with the Ontario Federation of Osteopathic Professionals, Ceb'sile is able to use her deeper knowledge of the body to help her clients reduce pain, and restore mobility, balance and self healing whether they are suffering from acute or chronic conditions.
Ceb'sile's approach to treatment is not only to address symptoms, but to seek out other contributing factors for prevention of further issues. In addition to hands-on treatment she also offers remedial exercises, diet and lifestyle coaching to support her clients to build their self-care routines, maintain positive treatment outcomes and improve overall health.
